I could not have been happier with my choice to go with Briggle & Polan PLLC. I was in a car accident (not my fault). I thought I didn’t need to get a lawyer; it seemed like a fairly simple case, right up to the point when it wasn’t. I knew I was in over my head, so I called Briggle & Polan, and I’m glad I did. I was first contacted by Amelia Harris and gave her the details of my case, and within a couple of days, I got a call from one of the partners saying they would take the case. My advice for anyone going through this is to be patient. I was kept up to date through the whole process, which took four or five months. Anytime I had a question it was answered promptly. Mrs. Harris called me with every change and offer and explained there were still a few more steps they could try. This is where the patience comes in. I waited until all the offers were in and was more than happy with the settlement, even a little surprised.
