Hayden Briggle is an experienced attorney with Briggle & Polan, PLLC. He is a dedicated trial lawyer who has represented numerous individuals, families, and companies throughout the state of Texas and Colorado, securing many favorable results in the process.

Hayden is a Texas native who graduated from Westlake High School in Austin, Texas. After graduating from Westlake High School, Hayden graduated with two undergraduate degrees from The University of Texas at Austin: a Bachelor of Arts from the Plan II Honors Program and in Spanish. During his time as an undergraduate at the University of Texas, Hayden was a member of the Kappa Alpha Order fraternity and the Texas Cowboys. After completing his undergraduate degrees, Hayden earned his Master in Professional Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business, and then he earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from The University of Texas at Austin School of Law. While in law school, Hayden was a member of the Texas Law Review. Hayden is also fluent in Spanish.

After graduating from law school, Hayden gained considerable legal experience working for Fulbright & Jaworski, L.L.P., a prestigious, national law firm.

Hayden spent four years at Fulbright & Jaworski, L.L.P. working in the litigation, health law, and corporate departments, representing clients in a wide variety of cases at both the state and federal levels. In his last year of practice at Fulbright & Jaworski, L.L.P, Hayden held a dual position as a prosecutor for the City of Austin, where he first chaired over 35 jury trials.

As a trial attorney with extensive experience, Hayden is committed to helping his clients in tough personal injury and commercial cases. He is known for his dedication to his clients and his passion for pursuing justice in all forms, from catastrophic truck accidents to business disputes. It is his goal to truly invest the necessary time and energy into helping his clients put their lives back together. He knows that this can be a trying time, and he wants to be there to help his clients get through it with as little pain and struggle as possible.

Hayden is licensed to practice law in Colorado and Texas, as well as the Western District of Texas federal court. Hayden was previously on the Board of Directors for the Austin Young Lawyers Association from 2014-2016. Hayden has also served on the Board of Advocates for the Texas Trial Lawyers Association from 2016-2018; as the Treasurer-Secretary for four terms from 2020-2023; and on the Executive Committee in the years 2019, 2024 and 2025. Additionally, Hayden was the President of the Capital Area Trial Lawyers Association from 2024-2025. Hayden has also been selected for inclusion in the Texas Super Lawyers® Up-and Coming 100 from 2017-2019; the Texas Super Lawyers® Rising Stars from 2014 to 2019; and the Texas Super Lawyers® from 2019 to 2025.
